Welcome! We're Ana and Maggie Calderon, sisters, artists, and creators of The Magic Jungle. We’re so happy you're here, and we're excited to be your hosts for this special experience, designed for you by our friend and mentor, Betsy Cordes of February 13 Creative. Here’s a detailed schedule of all the goodness in store for you this week!

Arrival Day: Tuesday, April 23rd

7pm

Welcome Dinner + Intro to Staff and Holistika.

9pm

Welcome Fire Ceremony

In our signature Magic Jungle Welcome Ceremony, we set our intentions for the week ahead. Together, we’ll build an altar that will symbolize our individual and collective dreams for this retreat, incorporating the personal items we’ve each brought from home.

Wednesday, April 24th

8-9am

Breakfast

10am - 2pm

F13 PROGRAM

  • Your brand vision and mission: an invitation to dream big and far.

    • Betsy will kick off the retreat program with a fun and powerful guided visualization—an exercise designed to help each of us tap into our long range vision for our business and its full potential.

    • Crafting your brand statements (values, positioning, vision, promise, mission) is a richly rewarding and clarifying process—one Betsy recommends for all her clients. Prior to the retreat, she'll share information and prompts to help you write or refine your own. Then, together at Tulum, she'll lead us in a workshop where we'll each have an opportunity to share our statements with the group, opening up for questions and suggestions from others that will help us articulate our ideas with even greater clarity and authenticity. It's a process that will help you talk about your art and your business as the one-of-a-kind, uniquely-you enterprise it is!

2pm

Lunch

4pm - 7pm

F13 PROGRAM

  • Aligning presentation with intention

    • How effectively is your public presentation communicating your brand vision, mission, and values? You’ll have a chance to share your current website and/or Instagram account, and to receive feedback from the group with the goal of bringing even greater alignment between your intentions and the message you’re delivering via your public platforms.
